How Do I Create a Link on My Wap Blog Post ?
Bismillah. Good day to you all MyWapBloggers. If you are new to blogging, it is very important for you to know how to create a link (hyper link) either in your posts or on your navigation menu. A hyper link is what your blog readers can click to go to another web site or page as I guessed you already know. Right? Your blogroll list is a good example of a hyper link. But creating links on your blogroll is easy. Now what if you are writing a blog post that explains how to buy some stuff from a web site? Of course you will need to put a link to the web site in a form of hyper text like this "You can sell almost anything at the Mobofree market place" for your readers to view it and see what you are trying to explain. So if you don't know how to do it, this post will explain to you in detail. Just keep on reading!
How To Add a Hyper Link in Your Blog Post or Navigation Menu
On MyWapBlog, there are two ways to do this. The first and the easiest one is by the use of BBCode. Just put [ url=your link here] before the text you want to make link of. And [ /url] after the text.
Example 1:
Note:Rememeber to remove the hash (#) from the above example.
The second method is by the use of HTML link (anchor) element. But to use this on mywapblog, you should at first, set HTML mode enabled on your blog. To do that, open your Dashboard, go to Edit » | Settings, click on Misc, scroll down to HTML Mode, select Yes and Save your settings. Now you are ready to use HTML elements in your posts. Below is the example of how to create a hyper link using the HTML link element:
Example 2:
Note: Here also, remember to remove the hash (#) from the example code above.
It does'nt matter weather you choose the BBCode method or the HTML. The result is all the same. Just choose the one you like to use.
That's all! I hope now you know how to create a hyper link in your blog post using the two methods on Mywapblog.
